Sales Executive/Account Manager
 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage WENDI to meet sales goals. 
  • Build a business plan including but not limited to advertising, training, sales projections, expense, and inventory controls.
  • Develop individual and store sales goals. 
  • Measure and monitor sales figures and make any needed adjustments for individual and/or group selling strategies. 
  • Report and discuss sales analysis, goals, and issues with management. 
  • Maintain current knowledge of competing stores. 
  • Maintained store records and documentation, including sales data; accounts payable and receivable information; petty cash accounts; employee performance, timekeeping, and HR records; and consumer issue documentation. 
  • Figure weekly commissions and send data to the payroll department. 

 

Job Requirement

Experience: 

  • 4 years of supervisory management experience preferably in a retail furniture environment 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Microsoft Office Software 
  • Profit Systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of band furniture Product 
  • Legalities in the workplace  
  • Ability to influence people in positive ways for mutual benefit to employees and the Wendi Companies. 
  • Ability to delegate authority to others 
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills 
  • Effective time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills 
  • Maintain confidentiality 
  • Proficient computer knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office Tools, and PowerPoint 
  • Proficient management of the sales floor from the front line 
  • Effectively instill service standards
      
Sales Representative/sales associate

Office Assistant

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:  

Organize and manage office operations, maintain office and/or retail store facilities and materiel, oversee and coordinate activities of facilities services vendors, and support recruitment and training of new personnel.

  • Design and apply standards and procedures to implement office policies; plan and implement office systems, layouts, and day-to-day operations.

  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations, establishing new standards and procedures, and maintaining office records and equipment.

  • Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications, and to maintain the company’s professional image. 

  • Maintain office staff by assisting in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new employees.

  • Review, analyze, and summarize reports and other information for management; schedule expenditures 

  • Responsible for researching and booking travel for employees including the executive team

 

Job Requirement

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and SharePoint, exceptional oral and written communications skills, reporting and data maintenance, strategic planning, process management, and process improvement, high degree of attention to detail, self-motivated.
